Nestepaine's associated company Hydroll Oy has moved to the new facilities in the beginning of 2006.

New premises (1.500 m2) were built in Lapua by the highway 19 and enable annual output of about 50.000 hydraulic piston accumulators.

Co-operation with Bosch Rexroth Ag

25.08.2005 Bosch Rexrothin got ownership over Oil Control Group.

Bosch Rexroth AG has become a new owner of Oil Control Group, the Italian hydraulics enterprise.

Oil Control Group S.p.A. is one of the leading manufacturers of cartridge valves and compact hydraulics. Company's product-mix includes also base plate valves and miniature power packs.

Company's turnover is €150 million and the number of personnel is about 1000. Manufacturing centers are situated in Modena and the region of Reggio Emilia.

The products well accomplish the Bosch Rexroth's own delivery program and enable offering the whole package of equipment and accessories to mobile and industrial hydraulics applications.

In Finland Oil Control's product range will be integrated into Bosch Rexroth Oy's product-mix. Nestepaine Oy continues selling cartridge valves and compact hydraulics in Finland as before.
